Confit Duck Legs – Homemade and delicious
This is an easy option for confit duck legs using herbs and spices from your store cupboard and a 500g jar of duck fat.
I think traditionalist will say use coriander and cumin seeds and fresh herbs but sometimes we don't have them so this is an alternative and I've pimped it to how we like them.
